Antique wood type elm

The Elm is commonly found throughout Europe, Asia and North America, of which there are many species. Elm has an excellent resistance to torsion and traction, and is especially suitable for constructions of structures subjected to risks of rupture, such as water mills. Its use is also very common in the furniture industry, thanks to an ease of processing that compensates for the problems due to the morphology of the plant.
